Now Hiring Skilled and Entry-Level Team Members
We are actively hiring for a variety of positions. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that takes pride in every project, we want to hear from you.
Laborers and Site Crew Members
Assist with all phases of excavation and sitework, including site prep, cleanup, material handling, and supporting equipment operators. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to grow in the construction industry. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key.
CDL Truck Drivers
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on excavation, sitework, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include grading, trenching, material handling, and working closely with crews to complete projects on time. Experience with multiple machines and a strong focus on safety and precision is preferred.
Equipment Operator
Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on excavation, sitework, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include grading, trenching, material handling, and working closely with crews to complete projects on time. Experience with multiple machines and a strong focus on safety and precision is preferred.
Quarry Operator
Operate equipment and support daily quarry operations, including material extraction, processing, and loading. Responsibilities include maintaining production flow, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting with equipment upkeep. Experience in quarry or aggregate operations is preferred.
Mechanics and Field Service Technicians
Maintain and repair heavy equipment, trucks, and machinery to keep operations running smoothly. This role includes diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and completing field repairs on job sites. Experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment is highly valued.
Utility and Pipe Crew
Install, repair, and maintain underground utilities including sewer and water systems. Responsibilities include trench work, pipe installation, and working with laser levels and grading plans. Experience in utility work is preferred, along with knowledge of safety standards and proper installation techniques.
